“Awesome. Literally saved Christmas. I didn’t order my son’s Christmas present that he asked Santa for early enough. Only Roy’s had it in stock and it arrived in a day. Not sure what I would have done without them. Massive thanks.”

“This is an excellent department store. There is so much choice and very many premium brands such as Crabtree and Evelyn, Emma Bridgewater, Calvin Klein, Barbour, White Stuff, Superdry and many more. Prices are good and staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Parking is free right beside the store! I would definitely recommend shopping here.”

“I ordered a quilt cover online to be collected the next day, but due to an early start I went to the store before my confirmation email had been sent. The assistant who helped me went out of her way to find my order so I could be on my way. Excellent customer service.”
