“What excellent service I received from Roys of Wroxham! The online order was simple to do, I received regular updates about my order and the sandals were delivered very quickly. They were packaged beautifully with a lovely little card from Roys inside. Highly recommended and top quality. Thank you Roys.”

“I arranged to collect some water softener salt that I ordered on line. The staff were very helpful and asked if I would like to park in the delivery bay to load up as the salt blocks are heavy. A good price, so it made a journey to Thetford worthwhile. Will probably visit again. Thank you.”

“Living in the Midlands I’d not heard of Roy’s until we were on holiday in Norfolk last year, I loved the stores, and I bought several items. Recently I wanted a couple of things, including a pair of sandals, which seemed to be out of stock in my size everywhere except Roy’s, I’m really happy with them and the service I received. I’d highly recommend Roy’s, and only wish they had a store nearby!”

“Good communication from Roys from point of ordering to point of deliverh. Item arrived within the time frame promised. (Seasalt dress out of stock everywhere else) I found Roys while trying to source this item. Will certainly use them again. Item arrived well packaged and in good order. Thank you Roys team.”
