“Unfortunately I had to return my purchase as the shoes were too small. My fault but cannot fault Roys. My phone call to sort out the return was answered quickly and the lady was really helpful. They kept in contact and confirmed when they had been received back and organised the refund promptly. Would definitely buy from them in the future.”

“I ordered a replacement stainless steel teapot as old one broke after many years use. The new stainless steel teapot is lovely&good quality and pours tea without spills. The teapot was delivered within few days of order&was packaged well. Would recommend Roys to other customers. Thank you.”
