“An excellent service from Roys. The steam mop I purchased was competitively priced - once I found it there was no need to look further. My order was despatched the next day and arrived without delay. Packaging was perfect. Will definitely look on Roys website first when looking for household items”

“I ordered online but 24 hours later I still hadn’t received an email confirming my order was ready for collection, I phoned the Sudbury shop and the gentleman I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful. He looked into the issue, resolved it and I collected my items a couple of hours later.”
