“Delivery came on the wrong day that was arranged. After care service very poor to resolve a return of a product.”

“If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM ROYAL BATHROOMS!! Bought a toilet from there and the design of the pan Is really bad that even toilet paper cannot be flushed through properly. Have had two independent plumbers round, checked this with two different cisterns and still the same issue. There's no issue with the cistern, it's simply the shape of the pan as the design is really poor quality from Royal Bathrooms. Tried to return or exchange, as a customer am NOT happy with this and Royal Bathrooms refuse to give me a refund or exchange and keep arguing with me. Clearly ignoring statutory rights! What happened with the customer is always right. By the way there is no official complaints procedure, when asked for this, they said that our email exchange is simply their 'official' complaints procedure - what amateurs. I am now without a workable toilet and lost money. Have tried to resolve this nicely and they're not having it and are really patronising. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM ROYAL BATHROOMS if you want to lose your money and have products that don't work!”

“Item delivered by friendly drivers but upon opening the box the shower screen was smashed. Royal bathrooms could not get me a replacement and so they refunded me.”

“Easy ordering and prompt delivery, assembly instructions not very good only pictures of the items but no installation instructions, emailed the company for some advice but no response however we got over the issue and was very happy with the product which was a fully enclosed shower screen with a sliding door”

“Price, quality of goods and delivery were all very good. However there were no instructions on how the cistern workings should be assembled. On contacting Royal they said it was a standard system and the plumber should know. However, the plumber with 50+ years of experience said he had never seen anything like it!!”

“Really love my mirror, looks really impressive. Great service, arrived on time. I went for royal bathrooms because their prices for a round mirror were the best, almost half the price of your well known companies. I did my research and their mirror looked better, especially the back light. Mine has 2 light options. A warmer yellow light which is perfect for the evening. Constant updates on the delivery times too”

“Not impressed and will not use again. Ordering was easy. When items delivered they were left outside even though I answered the door, no assistance to bring them into my entrance hall. Their toilets do not come with any instructions for fitting, when called customer services, I am informed that a plumber will know what to do. Now for an experienced diy customer, fitting the toilet did not require instructions, however, to check the fitting for the cistern instructions would be good to check correct procedure. Email sent to use a website but not for the purpose requested. So unless you use a trade person don’t bother buying from them”

Hello Gillian Please note that you our couriers are an external company, We do advise in the link below, The delivery will be done as the delivery will be made as close to your property as possible. https://royalbathrooms.co.uk/postage-and-delivery With our toilets they do not come with instructions however we did send you some on email, With toilets it should be installed by a professional plumber to avoid any leaks and the warranty being voided by installation errors. We have had customers who have done this themselves and it has went wrong and they have flooded there house or damaged the product. “Bought a 500mm drawer unit with basin. It's terrible! My brother's doing my plumbing and he's really annoyed. There is no room at the back for the waste pipe unless it comes directly out of the wall in a certain position. He now has to remove my new tiles to take the pipe through the wall, which is costing more time and money!”
