“Nice website. Very quick delivery. I made an error and i ordered the wrong size shower. Royal Bathrooms were quick to respond and sort out the problem. Excellent communication, they kept me informed about the return process all the way through. The item was collected quickly and efficiently. Their couriers are polite friendly and helpful. This is a company that cares about customer satisfaction. 5 stars from me.”

“Ordered a shower screen and flip panel on Saturday evening, got an email saying it would be delivered within a 2 hr slot on the Monday. Turned up exactly when stated and even got a call to say they were 30mins away. Top service and cheaper than any others on the internet 5 stars.”

“I ordered a L shape bath with black screen and panel. The first bath arrived full of scratches, they replaced this. The replacement bath was also full off scratches. All was evidenced with pictures. Royal bathrooms then would not send another scratch free bath. This caused financial cost to me due to project delays. Think twice before ordering.”
