“Terrible attitude from Harry Carn via telephone. 'You are not listening, there is only me here' !! I called to complain about my delivery - gave Harry my order number - 'your item has already been delivered' !! Yes Harry, I am calling to complain about the delivery. My delivery issue - I received a text message Sunday at 6.30am - your bathroom is arriving tomorrow between 9 - 11am - I had a doctors appointment. Call this number with any issues - called the number - we are not open on a Sunday so I left a message on the answerphone. Driver still turned up on Monday at 09:18 - tracker said arrival would be 09:45 so I would be home in time. I arrived back from the doctors to a 37.5kg box blocking my doorway. I am recovering from a broken leg - my elderly neighbour had to move the box to allow me entry into my own home and push the box into my hall way. I phoned the delivery company - they didnt get my message? they dont open till 10am so how could they advise the driver not to deliver !! This is the 3rd time I have spoken to Harry and he has had an attitude on every call.06.03.26 - As confirmed by yourselves, the delivery companies answerphone is not working. Also I did contact you but due to Harry's attitude I did not continue on the call any further to discuss the issues encountered. As I have spoken to Harry 3 times and received the same attitude and rudeness each time, I do not feel that this is an isolated incident. I did not answer your e mails promptly as I was at work. I am very disappointed that I cannot discuss this in person and can only chat via e mail. 12.03 - This company are dishonest avoid at all costs - they advised me -due to the issue with the delivery we will refund you £40 but only if you remove your review. Keep your £40 - buyers deserve to know the truth and I will not be removing this honest review. Oh yes and you only advertise the 4.5 and 5 out of 5 reviews on your webpage. I would have given no stars for this review but 1 star is minimum”

“Can not fault anything from statr to finish, i ordered a gold shower enclosure and WOW it is nicer than i thought, me and my husband fitted it, well i helped a little, it was 1 day taking our old shower out and 1 day fitting the new one, very straightforward. Thank you Royal Bathrooms 5*”

“Really lovely sink and vanity unit. Packed extremely well and arrived promptly. We would have preferred a template to cut out the unit for the overhang sink. However we did manage with just the measurements. This has been installed yet but it's ready to go. Quality is better than expected. So yes I recommend this company. Great communication on delivery timescales.”

“What an amazing company, from the start was very skeptical since I've never heard or seen them before but needed bath, basin and toilet set for my utility room, I took the risk and ordered and to be honest they never let me down. The quality of the product is 150% better than other retailers and unbeatable prices. I can't fault any of their product, delivery was smooth driver was very polite and helpful. So far so good. I will always buy from them and recommend Royal Bathrooms to family and friend”

“Thank you for a pleasant and straightforward purchase. Unfortunately I had purchased a cheaper shower enclosure and tray from Plumbworld but they messed me about, didn't receive delivery and had to chase them over and over, after numerous promises they text updated me on 26th Nov. telling me they were expecting to dispatch my order on 19th Nov.??? That was the final straw so I requested a refund and luckily ordered from you at a fair price. After Plumbworld's messing and my time frame for swapping my Dad's bath to an enclosure before he left hospital I opted for your next day delivery, less then £10 and no complaints as it was so smooth with excellent communication, tracking and delivered on time undamaged which is impressive with glass cubicles. I honestly can not thank you enough and will recommend you, I'm a tradesman so hopefully that will be beneficial to you. Thank you, thank you, thank you, you cured a nightmare headache that Plumbworld gave me. My only issue was I believe the enclosure instructions could be clearer but to be fair I do not fit them day in day out so could easily be just my lack of knowledge. Thanks again, it's fitted, but still some tidying and making good but my Dad's home and happy now he doesn't have to try and get in and out of a bath.”

“Bought toilet pan with soft close seat, once fitted the lid sounded like a creaking door in haunted house. Sent video of the issue and received replacement, silent, seat within 48 hours. Would recommend Royal Bathrooms to anyone, great customer service”
