“Poor instructions items not even marked if like a flat pack would be. Also glass plastic seals distorted as not packed to protect them.”

“Ordered Thursday about 2 pm paid next day delivery came Monday 6pm think 4 days is not on asked for a morning delivery as going on holiday this was the reason we payed more should of been here Friday or Saturday at latest came and one foot sticker missing so have to use 7 not 8!”

“I purchased toilet and sink set from Royal Bathrooms... and I was delivered a damaged toilet my fitter installed the whole set only to find out it was damaged not only toilet but the flush was also faulty... it was replaced but cost me an extra £200 to have it fitted again... I paid like more than £500 for it so it wasn't a cheap buy but the quality is not good and I wouldn't recommend Royal Bathrooms to anyone guys try and avoid.”

“I purchased their 500mm Hale Black BTW WC Unit With Cesar Rimless Toilet Pan & Seat, Cistern. Not only didn't they have any instructions to assemble the cistern, but considering they were bought as a set there wasn't any parts to connect the down tube to the toilet bowl. I'm not a plumber by trade, just a diyer, but have fitted plenty of toilets over the years and a simple diagram of how parts go together would have helped. ie does the plastic washer go before or after the rubber on the underside of the cistern etc? All in all I'm not overly impressed and will have to buy extra parts to finish the job tomorrow. However their sink unit was a simple job and the cabinets are of a decent quality.”

“I ordered a shower enclosure 1400mm to accommodate 1400mm gap the measurements was accurate and the walls level. I know there is 20mm allowance ether side what I don’t understand why did I need a extension kit.”

“All dimensions weren't present on the product I bought. Shower had a 3/4" top outlet rather than 1/2" Need to make sure all info is available on website... Especially with plumbing. Had to pay postage to return.”

“Delivered damaged tray but trying to arrange replacement has been a nightmare! Spending more money on a larger enclosure but still expected to pay £30 exchange delivery charge? Also attempting to overcharge for the replacement order? This has delayed customers installation by two days so not happy..!! Will not use this Company again.”

“Not impressed with the toilet delivered, the rubber seal between the cistern and pan would not seal and continued to leak until changed, only gave a 2* because I liked the asthetics of the design”
