I ordered a L shape bath with black screen and panel. The first bath arrived full of scratches, they replaced this. The replacement bath was also full off scratches. All was evidenced with pictures. Royal bathrooms then would not send another scratch free bath. This caused financial cost to me due to project delays. Think twice before ordering.

Amaze Rimless Close Coupled Toilet and Slim Soft Close Seat with Cistern The worst toilet in the planet! If i could put 0 stars or minus 5 stars i would. When my order came we realized me and the plumber that the cistern was from a different model, the cheap toilet soft close seat was broken and the toilet bowl was chipped in three different places. After the replacement we tried to install but to our surprise we realized that the back pipe of the toilet bowl was unusually very short and narrow inside the bowl! I wasted 3 Saturdays and I had to pay 3 times the plumber. Finally to cut the long story short after the installation I was so disappointed that i wanted to break this toilet in pieces. When you flush the toilet because it's rimless with very bad design the water gets out of the toilet and goes on the seat on the floor and finally landing on YOU! Whatever you do, everything sticks on the toilet bowl and you need to use the brush. Hard to clean. When you close the cheap lid it's squeaking so bad. I feel so embarrassed to my family an guests. Still i want to break this toilet source of hygiene infection in pieces. p.s This is my 3d attempt to leave an honest review

Not impressed and will not use again. Ordering was easy. When items delivered they were left outside even though I answered the door, no assistance to bring them into my entrance hall. Their toilets do not come with any instructions for fitting, when called customer services, I am informed that a plumber will know what to do. Now for an experienced diy customer, fitting the toilet did not require instructions, however, to check the fitting for the cistern instructions would be good to check correct procedure. Email sent to use a website but not for the purpose requested. So unless you use a trade person don’t bother buying from them

We have had customers who have done this themselves and it has went wrong and they have flooded there house or damaged the product. Hi there, I'm very disappointed about the L shaped bath! The maker can't to put it the only one line two holes. The waste hole and the overflow hole. My question is: where the quality control . I was paid 356 £ for bath with wrong holes and front panel cracked

The bath looks good but quality is not so good. It is so flimsy you feel it move as you get in and out. After a month something was dropped in the bath which resulted in a crack.

Extremely un-accommodating, called to ask if a back to wall pan could be exchanged within one of their packages (for a cheaper version) as was spending a large sum of money on their site and needed 3 matching Pans and they outright refused to even make the enquiry to their supplier and was rude and abrupt when the question was asked. Incidentally I am a trade customer and install bathrooms for a living and have never had a supplier outright refuse to make such a menial task and ask someone or attempt to help.

Bought a 500mm drawer unit with basin. It's terrible! My brother's doing my plumbing and he's really annoyed. There is no room at the back for the waste pipe unless it comes directly out of the wall in a certain position. He now has to remove my new tiles to take the pipe through the wall, which is costing more time and money!

Delivered to wrong address. These goons dropped complete shower & bathroom suite outside my neighbours house and drove off. The photographs they sent of the boxes as proof of delivery showed clearly the house number of the house 99. I live at 97 as labelled on each box. I had to carry all the heavy boxes to my house on my own. I am 70. Would I recommend? What do you think.

Bought a toilet arrived and the top did not fit the bottom, then received a replacement and same thing, paid for 3 visits by a plumber but not one bit of compensation from the company, in the end had to go and buy one locally for a lot more money but just couldn’t take all the hassle and the plumber charging more money and taking the risk of another inadequate toilet arriving.

I've tried to leave a review on this companies page before and it never appears. I telephoned this company with the intention of placing a large order for a complete bathroom refit and planned on spending a significant amount of money. I asked the male who answered the phone for some simple advice on a product and was given a very curt answer! I overlooked it on the first occasion as we can all have bad days but this chaps attitude on the second basic question was nothing short of downright rude, to the point that I stopped him midflow of his rant and thanked and put the phone down. I have never been spoken to by such a rude ill mannered person in my life and would suggest that he neither persues a career in anything that involves having people skills. I don't believe I am the first person to experience this chaps poor manners but obviously the company are making enough profit that they don't need to address dreadful customer service. I wouldn't even contemplate using this company in future.

I had problem after problem with the bath and sink unit being damaged and replaced with more damaged items, fitter was held up for days. All of my reviews have been removed for some reason. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, just pay the extra. I have had to replace the sink and toilet unit completely.

Ordered shower cubicle and accessories 3 weeks before my plumber was booked in, they stated 2-7 days for delivery, I thought it may be a little delayed due to COVID so left it 2 weeks but heard nothing, so contacted them by email, was told it was on its way and would be with me by the Wednesday as had been out of stock , but nobody contacted me to let me know (plumber due on Thursday). Nothing came on the Wednesday, I emailed again to be told that the shower tray was damaged and it would be with me Friday. The delivery was then scheduled between 4 and 7 pm , so I lost my plumber as 2 days later, am now waiting for plumber to get back to me. Also had to change colour of shower tray as none in stock anymore. They refunded delivery charge but NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER 😡

I bought a bath off you through Amazon, It is so thin and poor quality, also couldn't get a bath side on because it was filled leaving no space for it, I have had to buy a new one, as it wasn't safe to use

Not impressed. I wasn't sure about buying from this company as I had read other reviews, which were not good. The item turned up on time, but the item was damaged (glaze worn off) and the inside was dirty and looked a different colour, as though it hadn't been glazed or had been used. Returned for a refund.

Item arrived badly damaged - refused to help because we only opened the box 5 days after delivery, which is outside the 3 day policy. We are now stuck with a smashed sink that we cannot use. Very unhelpful customer service

The item I received was damaged having a dent on the chrome edge of the shower door that I have photographed. Also this is a two piece shower screen that has a handle on each door that is different on each door so looks ridiculous when closed. The handles easily detach but I would appreciate having them both the same.

Ridiculous- Can’t order from an iPad, wont accept phone orders so had to get son to order on his laptop. Ordered a 1000 x 1000 shower enclosure but it’s too small. Called the company and they say it fits from 960-980 ! So why advertise it as 1000 x 1000 ? Won’t use again

Please avoid this company! Poor customer service, late delivery and will look for the "get out clause" to not replace damaged goods. Goods delayed and no comms with delivery company who left my goods on a pallet on the street because they wouldn't unpack it.....the pallet wouldn't fit through the gate was the excuse. As a disabled person I could not check the goods within the timescale because I needed help to move the delivery. Royal Bathrooms took no acknowledgement of this. This was one reason which would rule out exchange regardless. I could go on with the comms with them but once they have your order, don't expect any good caring customer service. My advice is use someone such as Victoria Plumbing whose order was timeous and all goods delivered tidily inside my home for storage and checking.
