“ordering the stuff I wanted was easy but the transport system they use is hit and miss held item for six days as said by tracking and items seem not to be broken but packaging was very damaged”

“Although I haven’t installed the items yet, they seem like good, solid, quality products. Packed well for safe delivery. A bit of a shame the delivery company lacks a bit of friendly customer service.”

“The goods arrived on time and seem good value. I had a slight issue with blemishes to the WC and cistern, however their customer service was very quick to resolve the issue, which was great to see. Would use again ! .”

“Hi, Ordered a new loo, which had a manufacturing fault. Royal responded quicker than any other supplier I have used and replaced it immediately. I found them responsive and professional right from sales to delivery driver.”

“I had difficulty in finding a bathroom unit that wasn't white. This is a perfect contemporary colour. The drawers are sticky to open and close - it would have been nice to have them slide better. However the the price and as it is for a guest bedroom, I'm happy.”

“Royal bathrooms were helpful and efficient.l would most certainly use them again. However,the driver who came to collect the toilet was a person l would not like to deal with again.He was shouting at me when he phoned and couldn’t find my house..when l was able to direct him.He came walked mud into my Place and left without a word.”
