“Originally their website was not functional properly and it was difficult to place an order but after it started working and the order was placed, it was very professional and the material was delivered as per the Terms and Conditions. I am yet to get the toilets installed though and have not opened the box yet. I would recommend Royal”

“Good products that's the most important,at good prices.very good customer service.im giving 4instead of 5stars because I was originally sent 2 wrong products, replaced promptly.im not sure k got for my order the right accessories,I'll contact the team on that separately”

“Items delivered quickly and prices very competitive. However, vanity cabinet was not packaged well (packed upside down!) which meant that a drawer was broken on arrival. Contacted Royal Bathrooms who quickly sent out a replacement- their customer service was very responsive which is the important thing.”

“Obviously prices are very reasonable, but I was relieved to find that this didn't mean a reduction in quality. Delivery was speedy also and even the delivery man was a pleasure to deal with (even at 7-30ish on a Sunday morning)! The basin was broken - whoever had loaded was careless - and the driver took it away. This was sorted swiftly, albeit with a short delay due to supplier issues. These are the only reasons for the loss of the fifth star. The items have now been installed and look terrific. I wouldn't hesitate to use Royal Bathrooms again.”

“The tap himself perfect and looking firmly made. Jus one problem should be left longer nock at the end. It not fitting through the standard table cover. That thing gives me three days headache and extra expensive”

“When our sliding shower door arrived we noticed it was not the one we ordered, one phone call to a very helpful advisor and 3 days later the correct door arrived. After similar issues with other suppliers i found royal bathrooms excellent at sorting out the issue for me.”
