“Good prices. A few blemishes on the toilet we bought but out of sight (out of mind?) BUT they only stock one type of extending soil pipe. Their pipe is too long, even when fully compressed to be able to plumb in my toilet. So I wasted the £11 it cost me and had to go to Toolshed to get a short version. Shame they don't offer different sized connector pipes.”

“Very happy with my experience with Royal Bathrooms. The customer service is very prompt and sorted out any issues I had no problem. The reason I have not given 5 stars is because we had to order a replacement vanity unit as the first was badly dented - we got a replacement without any fuss but this too was slightly damaged. The damage can be hidden so we kept it as the bathroom needed to be finished as we were already delayed. It is shame that two units in a row were damaged one way or another.”

“Had a issue, where the bath panel wasn’t part of the bath purchase, I didn’t realise this, had to order panel separately, but received the wrong panel. Reported it to royal bathrooms, and the correct panel was sent out and received the following day. Excellent service and product.”

“f you not fitted a shower enclosure before, I am sorry to say that the instructions could be somewhat clearer. Fortunately I have, so the challenge was minimised. As for the company very good. All was delivered on time with no damages etc. In addition I found the price range very good and plenty to choose from. I would use them again.”

“A little surprised that there were no fittings instructions for the wall hung toilet I bought. On calling them, they replied that they do not give instruction as they expect them to be fitted by qualified plumbers!!!”
