“Only just had delivery. But was kept well informed of progress prior to delivery. On quick inspection of goods. All seems in good order.”

“All products supplied are of the quality expected for the price paid. Items are not yet fully installed so hard to judge function. Shower tray is solid, enclosure seems nice, trap is very cheap (though not yet tested), toilet is good although seat is very flimsy. Sink is really nice, as is tap. Only slight issue is that the shower tray riser pack had one item (44 screws) missing and Royal Bathrooms are not able to supply these parts, suggesting that I contact the manufacturer and offering a small refund for my inconvenience. I consider this fair but it does delay installation; in short check inside all boxes on delivery against packing list (in instructions) preferably before driver leaves site.”

“I used Royal bathrooms to order a l shaped bath. On receiving my email from them to confirm despatch i noticed i had ordered the wrong bath . I emailed the company about 9pm on the Wednesday and first thing Thursday morning Adeel emailed me back letting me know they had corrected my mistake. A great service and no extra charge. Im a bathroom fitter and will be using this company a lot more from now on. Thanks Gary”

“Your products and service were great, my minor issue is with the fact that when booking it states that you would send an email with tracking for the delivery and in fact we didnt receive this but did get a missed telephone call from the delivery company saying that if i did not confirm the delivery time with them they wouldnt be able to deliver even though i had asked for next day (therefore thats when i would expect it to come) luckily i called them back and confirmed it only just in time as i was out working when the call was first made to me. The items were delivered to me at 7am the next morning (great) but i received the email from Royal Bathrooms to track the delivery 2 and a half hours later at 9.30am (not really a good idea!) A little shake up is needed with that process but overall a good service thank you”

“Really pleased with the shower tray and enclosure. They look great and delivery was quick with good communication. One negative is the assembly instructions. Its not straight forward to assemble so some decent, detailed instructions would be helpful father than a few scribbles that my 4 year old could have done”

“I was not so impressed with the 16600 x 700mm bath. Was very impressed with everything else. Would love a discount for the end panel that I requested not to delivered because I did not need it.”
