“I recently purchased a close coupled back to wall toilet from Royal Bathrooms, I received my order 2days later and every step off the way I was updated with when I would receive my order which made it a lot easier to organise my day, also I was extremely pleased with the quality of the toilet and it was very easy to fit. Well done Royal Bathrooms and I would definitely use them again.”

“Very good service, came when promised. I had purchased three bath panel previously from other suppliers which did all not fit as dimensions where incorrect when sold. Royal Bathrooms dimensions for the bath panel where spot on.”

“Products arrived faulty twice, with the same fault. Was told when I rang that we could fix it ourselves and it was easy - the unit was actually held together with pre drilled holes and dowels so not easy at all, and would have left gaps elsewhere in the unit. However, did manage to get a full refund and replies to emails were quick.”

“Originally their website was not functional properly and it was difficult to place an order but after it started working and the order was placed, it was very professional and the material was delivered as per the Terms and Conditions. I am yet to get the toilets installed though and have not opened the box yet. I would recommend Royal”

“We ordered a comfy seat toilet, brilliant, the service was second to none. Well packaged, the only problem we had was the pegs in the systern, were too small, we rang & explained, so the replacements were sent out by return post. Friendly, people to talk to. Thankyou.”

“Although we purchased the toilet set on the 26th August it was not delivered until 4th September, then because my parents who are both in their nineties and were unwell at the time we had to postpone the installation, this resulted in the package not being opened and waiting until they were both fit and my father coming out of hospital for the plumber to be able to arrange a date for fitting. When he unpacked the toilet this is when he discovered the cistern was cracked and could not install it. My wife telephoned and spoke with Harry who said he was the manager only to be told it was policy to report within three days of delivery, she explained the circumstances to him but his response was it is the policy and that was all he could quote, like reading from a script. I find the whole situation very unprofessional and would hesitate to recommend your company to my friends, the cistern and toilet were so poorly packed that it was not fit for the purpose.”
