“Item arrived damaged, didn't realise until it was fit and the plastic coatings removed. Tried to ask them to swap the damaged part, refused and offered me £10. Very poor customer service. You wouldn't have noticed the damaged piece until the item was fit and all the plastic covers removed. It's like purchasing a kitchen cupboard with doors, fitting it and them removing the plastic cover that covers the door itself to find damage. You wouldn't remove the plastic until it was fitted! I'm quite sure they have breached my consumer rights as well.”

“There service was brilliant. From start to finish i couldn't recommend royal bathrooms enough. I ordered incorrectly and they sorted this straight away and didn't even charge me. Id recommend to anyone. Thanks again for your great service”
