“The choice and variations to suit and design own bathroom is brilliant.i emailed questions and reply was fast and good. Bathroom not fitted yet but looking at the units is good. Speed is excellent, driver so friendly. This is the place to buy.”

“Having ordered a toilet system from Royal Bathrooms all was well apart from the flushing valve which kept sticking. I contacted Royal Bathrooms who initially responded by asking for a video and then I had no further response. Turns out for some reason their system was not getting my emails. Royal Bathrooms have since called me and are sending me a new valve. Thank you.”

“Good service ordered on a bank holiday Friday thinking that the 2- 3 working day delivery would tue-wed. But received an email on Sunday to inform me that the delivery was due Monday between 11-1.30. As I was 150 miles from home this meant I had to leave my visit earlier than planned. This was after I contacted them to discuss my options and was told I could change the deliver but would be another 5 working days before it would be rescheduled. I left for home shortly after 9.15am and got a call from the delivery driver to say he was around 15mins away, as I had no one to take in the vanity+basin, I ask them to leave on my drive. He took pictures of it at around 9.25. I arrived home 12.20, it was all good. It seems bad to be negative about a good service, but I felt it was little inflexible.”

“Absolutely in love with my new bathroom suite, very fast delivery, everything it should be, would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a bathroom or shower set up. Taps are beautiful too, I had to swap my first set as I'd ordered the wrong ones, it was done immediately and with no fuss whatsoever, and all at a really good price 😀”
