“Pleased with the service and speed of delivery, but very disappointed with the attitude of the driver, who was certainly lacking in people's skill. He was of the opinion it was my fault that he was working alone.”

“Extremely un-accommodating, called to ask if a back to wall pan could be exchanged within one of their packages (for a cheaper version) as was spending a large sum of money on their site and needed 3 matching Pans and they outright refused to even make the enquiry to their supplier and was rude and abrupt when the question was asked. Incidentally I am a trade customer and install bathrooms for a living and have never had a supplier outright refuse to make such a menial task and ask someone or attempt to help.”
