Your products and service were great, my minor issue is with the fact that when booking it states that you would send an email with tracking for the delivery and in fact we didnt receive this but did get a missed telephone call from the delivery company saying that if i did not confirm the delivery time with them they wouldnt be able to deliver even though i had asked for next day (therefore thats when i would expect it to come) luckily i called them back and confirmed it only just in time as i was out working when the call was first made to me. The items were delivered to me at 7am the next morning (great) but i received the email from Royal Bathrooms to track the delivery 2 and a half hours later at 9.30am (not really a good idea!) A little shake up is needed with that process but overall a good service thank you
