“Royal bathrooms provided an amazing service. Not only providing a prompt email reply at every aspect from invoice to delivery date. But also calling me to add a second purchase to the original order, so they came on the same day. I have never experienced such professionalism and commitment. The delivery was in the time slot stated , the driver was polite and helped me with the heavier items. This is my first experience of Royal bathrooms, and if this is how they operate then I will be using them for future purchases. Brett Smith”

“The enclosure arrived well-packed with all parts present and very quickly after ordering. Because we have an old, odd sized shower tray the new enclosure did not fit, but Royal Bathrooms readily agreed to a free return and processed a refund immediately. A good product at a reasonable price backed by excellent aftersales service. Have ordered again for a different size to fit a new tray.”

“The delivery driver was very helpful and bought the shower screen and tray into my house and said if any problems, do let them know. very unusual for a delivery driver to be so helpful! Unfortunately, totally my fault, i ordered the wrong size of everything. Royal Bathrooms could not have been more helpful in sorting out my error. They delivered the correct items within 2 days, making mine the first delivery of the day, (understanding that my customer was disabled), not only that, they also coincided the pickup of the wrongly ordered items at the same time! The credit was in my account the following day of pickup and delivery! I am extremely happy with this company and would totally recommend to anybody and will definitely use them again. Thank you Royal Bathrooms for making it all so easy and for your excellent customer service throughout. BTW, their prices are very good too!”

“Plenty of choice, easy to get hold of on the phone + email, and hassle-free when exchanging / returning. I bought a shower, it didn’t fit (my fault) and they made an exchange as easy as it could be, after answering emails over the weekend.”
