“I had the best service so far! I received the toilet from them and it was a little scratched, I sent them a message with a picture and in 5 minutes I received a reply, they offered to send us another one instead. Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the services and communication with customers plus they have good prices! I recommend!”

“l was looking for a particular type of Wetroom screen and on my search browser Royal bathrooms came up along side a well known company. I haven't previously heard of Royal bathrooms but l was impressed with the website layout and the items for sale and the prices were very competitive. I ordered the screen and this process was smooth and would you believe it....l got the screen the next day ! Super fast...”

“Ordered on internet on Saturday, delivered on Tuesday well packaged and well informed of delivery time and date. Shower tray and enclosure is excellent quality and aftersales were very helpful when I had a query. I have been a plumber for over 50 years and have obviously fitted innumerable amounts of showers and baths, I have to say that all materials are of excellent quality and very good value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Very pleased with purchase from start to finish.”
