“I ordered a product (trailer tyres) that was listed on the web sit eas "In Stock" i ordered these as next day delivery as I needed these quite urgently. These two criteria where some of the main reasons I placed the order. When I contacted the sales team the next day to find out when I might expect delivery (as I had received no confirmation of dispatch, I was told that the "vendor" ? had only confirmed availability that morning. so these item where not in stock and not delivered next day! When I finally received the order the tyres had been stored and packed in such a way that they have become "Crushed" on fitting the tyres it was not possible to inflate them as the tyre beads where over 20mm From the wheel rims.”
