“Ross Handling is a reliable, professional company offering a huge selection of high quality items. I needed 4 castors for a diy dolly to move large heavy metal filing cabinet during my house removals. The castors I selected are perfect for the job - robust, free-running and easy to fit. I opted to buy the nut and bolt set completely forgetting that I needed washers to support the bolt heads, Luckily, I was able to find some in my spares box. Perhaps Ross could consider offering a washer pack too? Having said that, I bet they already do but I didn't spot any on their site. 🤦‍♂️”

“Excellent quality of small brass castors, design exactly what I wanted for a piece of vintage furniture, easy ordering and prompt delivery, being kept up to speed with location of order. “The service I received was very good although the wing nut bolts I ordered (M4 &M5) neither were 4/5mm. But this is a common problem especially if there is a possibility that they originate from China. As I need the correct replacements I ordered new ones on Amazon. Again I edged my bets this time ordering M5&M6. Guess what, M6 were 5mm Please note I used a digital garage to measure original and replacement bolts.”

“I ordered the incorrect wheel for my Wheelbarrow which arrived within a couple of days of ordering. I spoke with Ross Handling identified the correct one and returned the incorrect one. The new wheel arrived within a couple of days as did the refund for the incorrect one. Staff were really helpful and pleasant. Service was efficient.”
