“Delivery driver threw delivery on floor and plastic hub damaged, bit chipped off. Film shows it dropping and bouncing. (Still functions so have just fitted it). Foam Wheel is a replacement for a pnematic wheel from Ross that burst on gravel path so not impressed with that one's durablity hoping this one will be better. Tyre was inflated correctly...”

“Dreadful unbending aftersales customer service. Sadly, cannot recommend - the product and delivery was fine but on discovering that we needed an axle bolt for the wheel, it was their 'policy' to only send by courier at a cost of £6.95 instead of being prepared to pop it in the post. Utterly dispropotionate but would not bend from the ir 'policy'.”

“Ordered a set of wheels to replace our worn out trolly wheels, jujst one set to start with to see if they were ok - I did not need to worry, fitted perfect and our trolly had a new lease of life - remaining ones ordered and delivered - all good - excellent service all round”

“I found this site easy to navigate with all the information of items on hand. recieved my order on time and in good condition. Whe fitting a tube i found a manufacters fault at the valve and on contacting the company a new replace ment was dispatched immeadiatly, i could not have wished for better service.”

“I was delighted to be able to source tyres and inner tubes for my launching trolley, from Ross Handling. Makes me happy to fix things up rather than to replace and throw away unnecessarily. Not for any new fangled wokism, but because this was the way of my Grandfather's generation. The product selection, check out and delivery were all silky smooth and so fast. Happy to recommend Ross Handling and I shall now have them on speed dial!”
