“Product and service were very good but dimension diagram of the item was incorrect and I had to get a sales team member to physically measure the item to ensure the size was correct. Hopefully that will be amended shortly. Otherwise very good product.”

“Easily found and ordered the correct set of replacement wheels for a pallet truck. I was informed that there were none in stock and were awaiting a deliver soon. I was happy to wait and the wheels arrived a few weeks later. Good quality and perfect fit. Information on the website regarding the dimensions very comprehensive.”

“Ordered a new Wheelbarrow Tyre & Tube combination and I thought they were a good price and a fair carraige cost, they arrived in good condition and exactly what was required to get the old Barrow going again. Thank you great dealing with you.”

“I ordered a Haemmerlin 400 wheel. Turns out Haemmerlin have wheels of different diamters so it didn't fit. Apparently I should have looked more carefully at all the dimensions. I returned the goods at my own cost via recorded delivery and still haven't had a refund 1 week later.”

“Nothing wrong with the products but very disappointed that the website said they were in stock then i only get a call after i have ordered and paid to tell me neither item was available in sufficient numbers to fulfill my order”
