“Really happy with the service provided by Ross, they let me know that a couple of the items were out of stock and when I advised them that I making something for a birthday present they expedited the delivery straight from the production line. Great customer service - Thank You.”

“The website, product and delivery were all excellent. What would have helped was if there was a lower delivery charge for items of low value. After I had fitted the wheels, I realised I needed two washers of a particular size. Suitable ones were available from Ross Handling, but it was for a book trolley only used for the church fete, so the delivery charge of £6 seemed too high for a purchase value of around £2, so I bought them elsewhere, which was time-consuming.”

“Great product! I have horses and a barrow is a must. I got fed up with constantly having to sort tyres out when they burst or just give up, so my partner bought me a fantastic tyre that’s solid, got great tread and fits my haemmerlin barrow perfectly. Delivery was quick and the parcel was intact which for the size and shape of the tyre I was impressed (it’s big!). Overall very happy!”
