“Contacted a number of suppliers who were unable to assist me, then came across Ross Handling Ltd. They were so helpful sourcing what I needed. Their service was professional, polite and excellent. Once ordered delivery arrived very quickly and a good price. Salvaged a good trolley that would have ended up at waste tip.”

“The item was very good, but the service wasn't. Paid extra for next day before 10.30am delivery, well within the qualifying time. I didn't get the parts before 10.30am next day, I didn't get the parts at all that day. I got them the day after and well after 12pm. When I chased the order the sales guy blamed DHL and didn't seem to care less. No offer of a refund for the service I didn't get. Ross - If you can't do it, don't offer it.”
