“The team were fantastic. I was unsure which size castor to buy. The sales team were extremely patient and helpful, talking with me on the phone and answering my emails promptly. “I ordered a wheelbarrow axle- 20mm X 127mm\ What was delivered, at odds with the dispatch note was 20 X 100mm. I phoned at 0900 and was promised a callback.by Dispatch. I received no such call. When I did speak to someone. after I phoned, for the third time at 1630 I was put through hoops- photos and explanation. This was done. As of now I have received no reply. Put simply I want to return the incorrect item, at your expense and get a full refund as I have now sourced the correct part. I have to say your customer support falls far short of what I expected.”

“I'd puzzled for weeks how to replace the wheel on my very ancient wheelbarrow and couldn't seem to get any help. Finally, I came across your site on line and I looked at your extensive list of component parts and was able first to understand how I needed to go about the task and then it was so clear what I needed to order. The prices and delivery charge were both very reasonable and delivery was very prompt indeed with good progress updates. Also, I did have one query and that was quickly answered.
