Their customer service was brilliant, updating me regularly on the progress of my order, which incidentally arrived as stated in their communications. “Contacted a number of suppliers who were unable to assist me, then came across Ross Handling Ltd. They were so helpful sourcing what I needed. Their service was professional, polite and excellent. Once ordered delivery arrived very quickly and a good price. Salvaged a good trolley that would have ended up at waste tip.”
