Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, Phil. I can confirm that the goods left us a on the 3rd May after the order was placed on the 2nd as promised. It does look as thought the parcel has been stuck in the DPD system and not made its way to you. “My husband was trying to place an order on line for replacement inner tubes and a new tyre for his sit on mower. He wasn’t quite sure which size he wanted so he made a telephone call and one of your very helpful staff sorted this problem out very efficiently.
