“Very impressed with Ross and their prompt delivery. But mainly it is the build quality and performance that impressed me the most. These castors needed to support the weight of a heavy table and tv and still the castors glided accross the floor like a dream.”

“I found them to be very professional, efficient and friendly. They were awaiting delivery of the product that I wanted, which was likely to be several weeks wait. They made suggestions of suitable alternatives which were available immediately. Once ordered the package arrived within two days, and I am happy with the quality.”

“Guaranteed pre-12pm next day delivery for £16.99 took 4 DAYS to arrive. Staff were completely apathetic about it and we missed our customer deadline. We won't be using Ross handling again, even eBay or Aliexpress are more reliable.”

We sincerely apologize for our service falling short of your expectations, and for you missing your customer deadline. We understand that guarantees for pre-12pm next day delivery were not met. We strive to always meet your expectations and would like to learn how to make things better. I have looked into this and can see that the items were despatched as promised and Unfortunately it was issues with the courier that caused the delay due to them being unable to locate you and then a change in address being requested. Again i send my sincere apologies that unfortunately on this occasion we did not manage to meet your deadline due to the courier issues.

“my copy of the order said it was coming in 1 box, it came in 3. Somone who orders a rollator is unlikely to be able to put one together. If I had known that it would not arrive complete I would NOT have ordered it.”

I apologize for any issues that occurred - it is never our intention for orders to not meet customers' expectations. It certainly seems like there was a misunderstanding regarding your order; I understand that you said it was coming in 1 box, yet it came in 3. Additionally, it is understandable why it would have been inconvenient to not have the rollator already assembled, as someone who orders it likely wouldn't have the necessary tools or patience to do so on their own. We have now made a note on the website which states this does not come assembled to avoid anyone else feeling any disappointment once receiving the goods.

“Only half the order arrived. I called up everyday for a week to chase and got assured it would be delivered the following day and it never was. 2 weeks later and £30 next day delivery cost it hasn’t arrived and have had no phone call or email to check. Pretty shocking….”
