“I puchased a replacement wheelbarrow wheel for a Walsall wheelbarrow (code WWPP). However, the adapters supplied with the wheel apparently need to be hammered into the hub (There were no instructions to do this and I only became aware of the need to do this when I called customer services) When hammered in as suggested, it made the effective hub length 11.4 cms compared to the stated length of 10cms. This extra 1.4cms meant that the wheel did not fit the frame and I had to cut 0.7cms off each of the adapters to allow for correct fitment. This should be rectified as soon as possible as other prospective purchasers may make the same error. The photo on the website shows a slightly different wheel to the one supplied and the adaptors look very different to the ones which appear to have already been installed in the website photo. Overall, I was pleased with the response from customer services but the product placement needs clarifying in my opinion. Delivery was prompt and fuss free.”
