“Ordered a Haemmerlin wheel for a wheel barrow on Friday on "Next Working Delivery" I was expecting it to arrive on Monday, but it arrived on Sunday!!! Excellent Sevice. (It was actually out to be delivered on Saturday, but the courier company failed to deliver for some reason. 🙄)”

“When I ordered castors, were showing as in stock but after paying and waiting a while, did a chat and found they would be 3 months. This hadn't been communicated to me. Asked again after 3 months. Told another week, had a call to say the following week. I had to chase again and they did arrive. Made in China stamped on them so that explains delay. When I originally spoke to them they did change there site to reflect that these were a specialist order. Love the industrial castors though. Exactly what I wanted.”
