“Ordered some braked castors for tv unit being made. Product fine but 2 week delayed delivery. Order & payment taken promising 2 day turnaround. After 4 days chased customer service who said item would be dispatched immediately & received in 2 days. Then received another call to say item was in fact out of stock. Item arrived a week later”

“I was seeking castors of a vintage type to fit to antique piano stool and was very pleased to find brass castors with brown china wheels which are very appropriate-- the fit is spot on for diameter of the legs and items arrived very quickly well packed, so all in all a good experience.”

“I bought 2 types of castor. Both red. The invoice stated exactly what I ordered but on receipt one set was black. A picture was sent to them to prove the fact . To their credit, they emailed immediately with an apology and sent replacements straight away. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong ones. I immediately sent an email and after a week I am still waiting for a reply. Obviously, attention to detail is not in their remit or putting right their shortcomings.”
