“No problems or issues here, I contacted the Company seeking some advice on suitable castors, this was duly received, and I ordered accordingly. It was all very simple & straight-forward with the goods arriving a few days later. I've fixed the castors onto the sofa legs and they work very well; which of course has made it so much easier to move as and when required.”

It does look as thought the parcel has been stuck in the DPD system and not made its way to you.
