“Castors were delivered and were of the quality expected. The only issue I had was that the postage was quite excessive as I was charged to ship to the "Highlands" even though I live in the North East of Scotland. Most other shippers charge normal postage or deliver free.”

“10/10 Excellent communication, upgraded my product at no extra cost due to low supply, very fast shipping. I'm based in Ireland and, since Brexit, deliveries from the UK have been hit and miss: this was the fastest delivery I've had so far - I think it was sent on a Friday and was here on Monday.”
