“When I ordered castors, were showing as in stock but after paying and waiting a while, did a chat and found they would be 3 months. This hadn't been communicated to me. Asked again after 3 months. Told another week, had a call to say the following week. I had to chase again and they did arrive. Made in China stamped on them so that explains delay. When I originally spoke to them they did change there site to reflect that these were a specialist order. Love the industrial castors though. Exactly what I wanted.”

“Castors were delivered and were of the quality expected. The only issue I had was that the postage was quite excessive as I was charged to ship to the "Highlands" even though I live in the North East of Scotland. Most other shippers charge normal postage or deliver free.”
