“I wanted four top hats for two wheelbarrow wheels, when the items said 2+ £1.25 I assumed that if I clicked 2in the quantity box I would get four and they described it as top hats as more than 1 but they were £1.25 each and I only got 2 with a delivery pcrice of around £8 which is criminal very confusing”

“Would have given 5* but basic delivery charge was expensive and packaging just consisted of a plastic bag - cardboard box would have been recyclable ♻️”

“The castors are good quality and were reasonably priced but as they were very small and lightweight the postage was twice as much as the goods. In view of the small and lightweight nature of the parcel, a more appropriate postage choice could have been made.”

“I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. I ordered the wrong castors (entirely my fault), when I rang Ross Handling they said they would contact the supplier to see if the castors could be returned and that they would call me back. After a week I emailed Ross Handling to ask for an update. Several weeks later I have had no response, so I have placed an order for several hundred pounds with another company.”

“First time using Ross Handling Ltd. I had looked them up a year ago since I needed new front tyres for my ride-on mower. They offered Kenda puncture-resistant tyres which I thought I needed. I looked them up again since couldn't put it off any longer. Fast delivery at an acceptable price and an excellent-looking tyre, superior to the ones replaced. I will use Ross Handling Ltd. when the rear tyres can no longer hold pressure!! I needed.”
