“Ordering was easy, delivery was spot-on, the fitting- replacing armchair front casters was correct. My electric-controlled armchair behaves beautifully and gives it's sitters comfortable chair movements and stable positioning, on my long- pile carpet. I do recommend Ross casters.”

“Stuck with a barrow with awkward spindle size's or so i thought and was told. Put in contact with these guys and problem solved within 5 minutes. A company that knows its stock and product range inside and out, what a refreshing change in this modern charmless world. Highly recommend.”

“Poor customer service. Sent wrong item. Refuse to pay return postage. Ordered black tyre on grey wheel. Sent grey tyre on black wheel. Tyre not square as in the picture either. Their mistake but not helpful.”

“These castors look great and are great quality. I wanted to be able to move a console table in my hallway to access a cupboard. The castors were a perfect fit and do the job. Excellent customer service too. Each stage of the order is communicated. My order arrived within a couple of days of being placed.”
