“Although the product description and photo on the site was good it lacked the dimension of the length of the integral screw. The chat line contact went to the warehouse and physically measured the item for me. This enabled me to then order the four brass casters I wanted which arrived with a couple of days. Excellent!”

“I found the web site easy to use and ordered what I wanted without difficulty. The product arrived promptly and in good condition. The only problem is that according to the website (and the invoice that came with the delivery) the wheel I ordered was 350mm in diameter whereas the wheel that was delivered was actually slightly over 380mm in diameter. As it happens, I was able to fit the replacement wheel without difficulty so I shall not ask for a replacement, I am happy with the product that was delivered even though the size is not what I expected.”
