“Excellent service and great product. Courier didn’t leave calling card for me to rearrange delivery, I got in touch with Ross Castors and Daniel sorted it out immediately. My order was small and insignificant but that didn’t matter to the firm whose customer service was excellent. The castor was well priced and perfect. Would definitely recommend them, they go the extra mile”

“I had to replace broken castors on a mobile cupboard for books. The %0mm Shepherd metal castors supplied by Ross Castors were just the item. They are stronger than the broken ones and came supplied with screws. The delivery was quick; think I ordered them Thursday evening and I had them first thing Monday. The cupboard is functioning well now. Of minor note- there are two options of fixing for the castors and you need to pay attention when ordering to ensure that you specify the appropriate ones for your needs.”

“I ordered two replacement front wheelchair wheels, after speaking to a very helpful young man about what measurements I needed to take. At 8am the following day, I received the wheels curtesy of FedEx. They were just what I ordered, packaged well but not over the top and I fitted them easily. Excellent, courteous, speedy service. Thank you ROSS Castors!”
