Excellent service and great product. Courier didn’t leave calling card for me to rearrange delivery, I got in touch with Ross Castors and Daniel sorted it out immediately. My order was small and insignificant but that didn’t matter to the firm whose customer service was excellent. The castor was well priced and perfect. Would definitely recommend them, they go the extra mile
