“Ross Handling gave an excellent service and provided me with the right products for my purpose built trolley. It was a small order but they were still happy to help.”

“Daniel was very thoughtful and caring about my receiving the correct replacement wheel for my wheelbarrow and although it took more than one phone call to establish that it was the correct one it was worth the trouble. The wheel is exactly what I needed and it arrived when promised. Excellent.”

“The service and attention received by the people at Ross Castors were excellent as always, however, the service by their shipping courier was abysmal including the delivery person.”

“Not so impressed with the quality of these casters. The base plates are poorly riveted to the shafts and warped. Split washers were used where the casters need to swivel freely. Would have bought them elsewhere but could not find the right size. Price probably reflects these errors.”
