“There are so many different wheels available it can be confusing. Ross Castors have fallen into my bad habit of mixing up millimetres (for wheel diameter ) and inches (3/4 inch) for axle thickness. The Code number happens to include the mm Diameter but that led to me ordering the wrong ones as I regarded that as purely a code number . But it`s happy days as the smaller wheels still work fine and no more pumping up tyres when the logs arrive . Solid wheels feel so much more stable . So one happy customer.”

“A very efficient and considerate supplier. If all UK companies are as good Brexit will make no difference at all. They even took the trouble to phone me at home to make sure I had ordered the correct quantities. .”
