“I was let down by another supplier for a time critical project and, seeing an advert from Ross Handling on Facebook approached them for a solution. They supplied castors of exactly the correct size which arrived within 24 hours and enabled me to complete the project in time. The product and customer service from Ross are excellent. Highly recommended and I will certainly be using them again. Thank you”

“Great service , let down this time by DPD . Ordered on a Friday and paid for next day delivery. Fully understood it would be sent out on the Monday for Tuesday delivery. Not being delivered until 6 30 pm is no help when the job has to go out asap.”

“I came across Ross Handling while looking for some good quality nylon wheels to replace some others that did not last very long. Ross had some much sturdier wheel so I purchased 2 to use as a trial and so far so good. The quality is excellent and delivery was quick and on time. I will be using them again in the future.”
