“Excellent customer service! I had a query about measurements and they were very helpful and friendly (a real person, not a bot!). My new wheelbarrow wheel arrived quickly and was super easy to fit. Really pleased. Would recommend Ross Handling if you need a new wheelbarrow wheel!”

“Lovely good quality wheels and a great price , Ross Handling was the only place I could get the exact same replacement wheels for my Mothers wheelchair, the website was easy to navigate and purchase the wheels, the wheels arrived undamaged and on time with regular tracking updates, they were packaged well with lots of padding to protect them in Transit. Great service all round.”

“Unfortunately the new castor did not fit the very old dimplex oil filled heater with a broken castor, but it was worth a try. Service was excellent and it was very prompt thanks to a message offering different delivery options. I was impressed so much effort went into the sale of 1 castor!”
