“The guy on chat was so, so, so helpful! After being told that a replacement wheel for my wheelbarrow would take over 8 weeks from the people I originally bought it from, I contacted Ross Castors and within a few minutes he had identified the wheel I needed and it was here the next day! Fab service and I heartily recommend, I know where I'll be coming next time I need any more replacing!”

“One of the castors on my office chair got broken in our house move. Superglue and sticky tape were to no avail. Ross castors sent me a new castor, which went straight on to the chair, was indistinguishable from the others, and save me buying a whole new chair. Not only that, but Ross offered the cheapest price and the fastest delivery of anybody, and my chair was whole again within two days.”

“I am a DIY enthusiast and needed a couple of adjustable feet for my patio garden table which sits on a sloping site. The variety available on the website was great , so I was able to select a stainless steel foot with a movable plastic foot which will do my job. As the foot has to fit inside the table leg, I also needed a metal insert for the wooden table leg, into which the foot screws. The website also has these, so I chose the most appropriate screw diameter so that the bigger insert would comfortably fit into the leg. I suggest a small improvement to the website could be to place links on the foot page for each diameter foot, to take the user directly to the appropriate insert.”
