Good Morning, Apologies for the delay, we despatched the goods on the 28th (the day that you ordered). looks like the goods were held up and delayed with the courier by 1 working day (emails would have been sent to the email address giving you the tracking number and delivery status). i can the goods were delivered 1 working day later (01st Feb). “I have the best wheel barrow wheel I have ever had pleasure to see, sent from the great and good Ross Castors. It has Red painted shiny metal centre, it has a wonderful 400mm Pneumatic Puncture Proof tyre. It was great value for money and was sent very promptly. My only problem now is I cannot for the life of me, get the old wheel off my wheelbarrow!”
