“As my first experience of phoning an Order, there was some miss information about Delivery date, Order placed with you on the 9th Fedruary with Luke. I was told it would arrive on the Friday 12th. I phoned on Monday 15th spoke Shane, he told me the Items had been out of Stock when Ordered, they were now in stock and have been dispatched. They arrived on 17th February. I also received two invoices for different Totals. Other than that the Swervice was fine. I will look on your Web Page again if I need anything”

“It would be better if i could move the furniture a bit, for cleaning underneath. It's not possible to move furniture at all. The castors fall out of the cups if i tried to move furniture. They need to slide a bit along a wooden floor but not move when sitting down on the furniture.”

“This company provided me with a new puncture free wheelbarrow tyre, in just a couple of days of the initial order. Their pricing was competitive with others online, and I would use them again. They also have a wide range of stock, I would also recommend them to others.”

“Great website, which is very user friendly and easy to find what you're looking for. Prices are very competitive but delivery to the Highlands was ridiculously high and cost more than the actual purchase. It doesn't cost more to send from the Highlands to England, so i don't understand why it costs so much more to send the other way. Ross need to find a more cost effective solution for Scottish customers.”

“I have not put them to use yet, I purchased them for a special project. I chose Stainless Steel for extended rust free life and expected the Nylon feet to be solid, but the feet are hollow underneath with ribs. The total load is only half the static load specification of one foot and the load will be distributed over three feet, so I expect they will suffice. I very much like the design, which shows the same attention to detail as project.”
