“The wheelbarrow wheel arrived earlier than was originally expected which is excellent and I was given the 1 hr time slot when it would be delivered - which was well within that slot. The wheel itself was easy to fit and ready for use when the logs I had ordered arrived some days later. Very pleased all round with the service and would highly recommend the ross team to others going on my own experience.”

“The guy on chat was so, so, so helpful! After being told that a replacement wheel for my wheelbarrow would take over 8 weeks from the people I originally bought it from, I contacted Ross Castors and within a few minutes he had identified the wheel I needed and it was here the next day! Fab service and I heartily recommend, I know where I'll be coming next time I need any more replacing!”

“One of the castors on my office chair got broken in our house move. Superglue and sticky tape were to no avail. Ross castors sent me a new castor, which went straight on to the chair, was indistinguishable from the others, and save me buying a whole new chair. Not only that, but Ross offered the cheapest price and the fastest delivery of anybody, and my chair was whole again within two days.”
