“Shane was very helpful and assisted us really well to re order what we required as we had previously ordered the wrong parts for the job, he organised a return and assisted with our next order and refunded me my vat promptly. Yes I would definitely recommend calling the company to assist with an order if your not sure that it is the correct item as they are very friendly and really helpful. We will deal with them again in the future.”
