“Small order (5 wheels) placed on a Saturday evening knowingly that it only would get processed on a Tuesday due to the bank holiday - Order processed and dispatched on Tuesday, received Wednesday with the invoice following in digital format later on Wednesday. In my case the wheels came in a postage bag which is adequate for the item and the quantity I ordered.”

“The product arrived ahead of schedule. There was a fault with the part and when I reported this Ross offered me a refund or new part. I took the refund on this occasion. Ross communicated that I could do as I wished with the original part. I took it upon myself to repair/make the part operate and this I did with heavy tools, as turned out easily. I reported back to Ross that I have been able to resolve the matter having repaired the part and I offered to repay the refunded monies. Ross came straight back to me saying that as I had done the necessary to get the part working, I should keep the part and make use of it. Fantastic company who deserve the same support from their customers that they in the first instance extend to their customers. I will use again.”

“Really impressed with Ross Castors. Emailed as I was not sure how to order my exact requirements and had a prompt reply from Leanna Steele on how to proceed. Ordered online and order number sent to Leanna who made sure my order was fulfilled. All this was on a Friday and my order arrived the next day. Absolutely a first class service.
