“Broke a twin wheel castor on a trolley but, not knowing if it was a M8 or M10 fitting I ordered both. They arrived within days and the M10 fitted perfectly. A small order and a small price but the service was first class.”

“Order number 100138454 placed Fri 6 August expecting delivery by Tue 10 August. Called Ross Castors on Wed 11 August, spoke to "Tim" who said order had not been processed on time and arranged for despatch on Thur 12 August for delivery on Fri 13 August, and offered 10% discount. Goods did not arrive, spoke to Ross Fitzpatrick on Mon 16 August, who described problems with FedEx and arranged a second shipment. After pushing FedEx into a proper investigation both shipments eventually arrived on Thur 19 August. So 3 stars for not processing the order on time but 5 stars for offering second shipment.”
