“Firstly, I made an error in my order but Ross were happy to correct the error when I notified them by telephone and authorised the slightly higher cost of the revised order. Great service in this respect. Secondly, Ross were not able to fill the revised order directly, due to a supplier letting them down on wheel centres, I was immediately notified and chose to leave my order in place in the hope of stock arriving. As soon as they had stock (~ 10 days) Ross dispatched to me and it was delivered promptly by DPD. Despite the difficulties, which were of my and a supplier's making, not Ross Handling, I got what I wanted at a reasonable price, a bit slower than ideal, but I managed to work round that. The patience and helpfulness of the staff at Ross in solving the issues was excellent. Thank you.”
