“Like previous purchase very prompt dispatch and delivery. This time went for solid plastic castors (TW35) as had option of a brake but they are not as easy rolling as previous rubber wheeled variety and are easily catch running on an uneven surface.”

“I ordered a solid wheel barrow wheel from Ross Castors on 10th June. On the 15th I received an email to say that there were production delays and my delivery date would be pushed back. I could wait or cancel my order. A further 2 emails were sent advising of further delays, but my wheel was eventually delivered on 27th July. These were production delays, ROSS Casters are not the manufacturers. They had no control over the production and could only keep me notified. No other company has kept me informed of delays so personally or repeatedly and I would gladly use them again given this track record.”
